We are Sophie and Lara, the Cactus Kitchen Gals.
Making the change to a vegan diet sparked our curiosity in cooking, increased our desire to get creative in the kitchen and inspired us to learn more about nutrition, food and health.
In fact, we like food so much that we have started a catering business, cooking wholesome home cooked vegan goodness and sharing it with our friends, family and local community. We promote equality and the sustainability of the environment, the animal kingdom and humankind.
We are hoping to showcase how tasty vegan food can be, and show others that we don’t just eat carrots and hummus. We are Brighton based, so we are looking to work around Sussex but we are also excited to share recipes, stories and other things on our blog.
